Stormy Daniels’ Grievance Against Trump’s Attorney Dismissed by New York Panel

A New York grievance panel dismissed Stormy Daniels’ complaint against one of former President Donald Trump’s attorneys, Joe Tacopina, alleging a conflict of interest. Daniels, an adult performer, filed the complaint as part of her lawsuit against Trump, accusing him of approving hush money to conceal an extramarital affair.

She contended that Tacopina should be excused due to their past dealings. However, the Attorney Grievance Committee of the First Judicial Department decided to take no further action, marking the second time Tacopina has been cleared of a conflict of interest. The trial is scheduled for March 25, with pretrial motions set for a Feb. 15 hearing.
