Kirk Cameron Speaks Out on Consumer Power and Promoting Values for Children

Kirk Cameron, TV star and author, expressed his thoughts on companies like Anheuser-Busch, citing financial issues following the Bud Light/Dylan Mulroney promotion debacle. During an interview on Newsmax’s “Sunday Agenda,” Cameron said that he believes more companies may face similar challenges as people become conscious of their spending power and the impact it can have on shaping the world they want for their children.

Cameron revealed that he personally addressed the issue by sending a letter and a commercial to the “Bud Light folks” through Brave Books, the publisher he works with. He emphasized that Brave Books and Anheuser-Busch share a similar audience of people who value their country, family, and American traditional values.

In his efforts to promote faith, hope, and love to children, Cameron mentioned facing obstacles in some libraries that have denied access to his reading events while allowing drag queen reading events. As someone who turned to God for guidance, Cameron believes in inner transformation rather than seeking external changes such as altering one’s gender or appearance.

Cameron also shared his excitement about the upcoming nationwide “See You at the Library” event on August 5. He revealed that 225 public libraries have already booked story hours, where parents will read books promoting virtue to their kids. He urged everyone to visit and join the movement to reinforce the importance of values that benefit children across the nation.
